The food was fresh, served hot, and overall well received by the guests at both events. During the tasting session, I had specific preferences for how I wanted the tandoor items marinated, and I appreciated that they took all my feedback seriously. The paneer in the grills was very soft, and the hara bhara kababs stood out — a great balance of texture and spice. We also had a chaat corner which was a nice touch.
